“Vile in Vilice” was born from a love story between
two French market gardeners and Slovenian nature.
On our micro farm we grow vegetables and fruit with a regenerative approach fostering biodiversity. We renovate the farm with eco-friendly techniques.
It is the beginning of a story we will write with you on our side. Come fall in love with our vegetables that will be a delight to your palate!

We call home a haven of nature between two green hills, facing the sun and lulled by the songs of birds.
We are passionate about understanding the living and enthusiastic about gourmet cuisine. We have chosen market-gardening so we can thrive in this beautiful setting every day. We are convinced by the benefits of regenerative farming and healthy food. We come from different backgrounds, we have joined our skills to offer fresh and local products.
We are Sarah and Martin, a dynamic duo who share a common passion for agriculture. One wolfs down pizza while the other devours books. One likes to patiently observe earthworms while the other, fascinated, watches plants grow.
Let's not forget Matcha and Mou who joined the team a few months ago. They are rodent hunter apprentices and the new guardians of the gardens.
We can’t wait to share our passion for nature with you and make you discover our products cultivated with care and respect. Together let’s make this adventure a success that will benefit to the local community!

We produce fresh fruit and veggies all year round with no-till and agroforestry methods. Those techniques rely on understanding soil life and natural cycles of plants and biodiversity. Therefore, we regenerate and improve our gardens to produce beautiful and tasty vegetables. We feed the soil that feeds our veggies that will feed you!
We also produce seedlings and aromatic plants that are available for sale in spring. With a zero-waste policy we are developing products made with our veggies to make you discover original recipes. We will offer pickles, sauces, spreads, jams, syrups, dehydrated products, etc.

Be part of a local organic production
Sponsor a fruit tree in our collective orchard!
Dear nature lovers, we have the pleasure to invite you join this wonderful adventure: the creation of an organic flourishing orchard where sharing and biodiversity are in the spotlight. The objective is to plant 200 fruit trees and we need your help to make it!
Our orchard is designed using a natural tree cultivation method. It’s a diversified and productive orchard. You will find peaches, apricots, cherries, grape, kakis, apples, pears, kiwis, figs, mirabelles, plums, chestnuts, walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.
Its conception makes it self-sufficient in maintaining the soil fertility that leads to a healthy growth of trees and its resilience to diseases. We take care of trees with soft pruning and herbal treatments.
The orchard fits visually in the landscape with a diversity of shapes and heights. There are medium-stem and high-stem fruit trees and we also plant forest trees and melliferous bushes to increase biodiversity.
We believe this method is better adapted to a professional project because it allows to diversify our source of revenue while being less worktime consuming. Its design is carefully thought out and based on observations of the local context. We buy root-stocks adapted to our soil and choose fruit varieties according to taste, colours and weather conditions for a sustainable production.
The orchard will have educative and playful goals and it will be open for self-picking. The fruit will also be part of our weekly veggie boxes and the surplus will be processed as jams, juices, compotes or dried fruit.
If you want to support this project, go to our crowdfunding page to sponsor as many trees as you’d like!
